Sadhana will guide a powerful set of practices that reclaim the power of the breath.
Breath and Pranayama Practices to benefit physical, energetic and mental balance and function. Practices that reduce the energies of unresolved emotion, anxiety and stress.
Cleansing, balancing and refining breath work (pranayama) for nervous system, endocrine system, brain function and healthy flow of energetic within the pranic system.
With so much respiratory type illnesses circulating we will practice
Mudras and breathwork that activate the respiratory centre of the brain restoring the power to breath with full breath volume and functional diaphragm. Most people breath under par even those who practice yoga postures often still have obstructed unrealised breath potential. Once we reclaim this natural breath function the enhanced breath power gives benefits that seem extraordinary for such simple forms of practice and a little daily effort toward conscious breathing methods.

Sadhana is a yogini and traditional yoga therapist with 50 years experience teaching the yogic science and metaphysics of breath.
