Yoga Nidra
Ancient practice that is both deeply healing and that give us access to levels of our individual consciousness we may not have tapped.
Releases our life and psyche burdens and patterns of repetition that produce pain and suffering. The internal focus and movement of consciousness in this practice often includes focused breathing, we will include this in several of the sessions to amplify the deep benefits of conscious breathing.
Other sessions will complete with entry into a natural spontaneous stillness that is the outcome of the power of the practices.
You will be encouraged to repeat the practices of each session on a daily basis to receive and observe the deep benefits they give.
