  • Yoga asanas

  • Yoga Breath Work, Pranayama (controlled and amplified  breath) and Mudras (gestures that direct and cultivate energy)

  • Deep Relaxation, Meditation & Mantric methods to direct and refine the mind

  • Discussion of relevant aspects of yoga philosophy to guide our internal and external transformation

Keval Pezet is a highly experienced yoga teacher, for the past 50 years he has inspired others to the path and practices of the yogic tradition. He aims to assist men to reclaim wholeness and a purposeful life using yogic methods that transform obstacles to self knowledge and empowerment
