


MEDITATION | The Heart of IT
ONE DAY RETREAT
SEPTEMBER 28TH
10AM- 5PM
Sit with two Yoga & Meditation teachers who practice a form of stillness that calls grace and heart together.
Trained by the Siddhas of South India, practicing and teaching for the past 50 years these two will create an environment and guide a practice that will have silent depth and ease to it.
Would you like to feel the busy mind find a quality of spaciousness and peace that enables a glimpse of what lies beyond it

Sitting in the company of others who have developed palpable meditation power is a great aid to finding your own energy of Dhyana.
Keval and Sadhana will guide a beautiful day revealing pathways to enjoy the essential beauty of dynamic stillness
The day will start with gentle opening asana practices to enable fullness of breath and flow of prana
After a break we will explore simple focused shorter meditation practices that give entry to the inner subtle liminal spaces and experience of the inner expanse
After lunch we will chant an initiation mantra that alters the vibration of body and mind for ease of meditation
After a break we will practice a Yoga Nidra to quiet the burdens of our psyche
Our last session will be an extended meditation using mudras and simple breath awareness to find the heart of deep meditation
