Many people struggle finding comfort in a seated posture for the subtler and deeply beneficial practices of yoga. We will learn simple sequences that free the habits of body and posture that impede a steady seat and naturally supported spine.
The busy mind robs us of effective breath. Simple methods not only reclaim the breath but also open us to the immense power of the subtle breath to heal and alter us physically, energetically and at the level of mind and consciousness.
Finding sweet stillness. When the mind relaxes and the body and breath are at peace the stillness that arises is like falling in love now and forever. Our teachers often expressed go roam in the heart and there you will find all you seek. They were not referring to the physical heart but instead a profoundly resonate space that give rise to expansive unitive pur feeling that forever alters us.
