Join us for a beautiful day celebrating
Yoga in its fullness
come for part or the whole day
We will start at 8am
with our already scheduled Yoga Chikitsa Class - a traditional form of yoga therapy practice
this class will be two hours of a movement through breathwork, therapeutic asana forms, yoga nidra and stillness
FULL DAY SCHEDULE
8.00am Yoga Chikitsa Class
11am Pranayama and Mudra Session
12.30am Simple sattvic lunch
1.30pm Questions and Answer session relating to practice and sadhana
2.30pm A deep YIGA NIDRA practice
3.15pm Break, Beverages and Community time
4.00pm Guidance and practice of Meditation
5.00pm Break, Chai and community time
5.30pm Chant / Kirtan - the yogic practice of chanting for an uplifted heart and mind
If you wish only to attend the Yoga Chikitsa Class please register on the page for classes and workshops for the June 21st class
The rest of the day and program choose what you wish to attend all by donation.
