This incredible training series is held at Shanti Mandir (Temple of Peace), an ashram where yoga is integrated into daily life and students can experience yoga as daily living during their training. Shanti Mandir is in Magod, on the North-West coast of India and sits on a lush 20 acre orchid with centuries old mango, coconut and chickoo trees. The village of Valsad is a 10 minute drive away and in the area you’ll find the Magod Falls where the Bedti River falls nearly 200m.
Fly into Mumbai airport where you will be met by a taxi driver who will bring you to Shanti Mandir Ashram. All training packages include airport transfers, accommodation and 3 freshly prepared vegetarian meals per day plus afternoon chai.
Shanti Mandir also contains a new purpose built Ayurveda Centre Punarnanva where trainees can receive Ayurvedic treatments including panchakarma treatment involving massage, herbal therapy, and other therapies.
200hr Yoga Teacher Training is a comprehensive program covering:

Meet the training faculty
Shantarasa Yoga Teacher Trainings are led by senior yoga teacher and yoga therapist, Sadhana Pezet, registered with Yoga Alliance, Yoga Australia and the International Association of Yoga Therapists; and Keval Pezet, senior philosophy and meditation teacher. Both Keval and Sadhana have over 40 years yoga practice and teaching experience each, and have been delivering yoga teacher trainings across the globe for over a decade.
Shantarasa Yoga also have a dedicated Student Services provider, Tanya Bingham, supporting you through the booking process and with your training preparations. She also provides personal assistance as you make your way through your assignments and remains on hand for any questions you may have once you are teaching.
