Sadhana & Keval available for one on one sessions March through June & August through November book for one or a series of sessions!
1-1 Yoga Sessions are designed to inspire your personal yoga practice, your teaching (for yoga teachers) and LIFE!
Have an individualised yoga program designed for you across all yoga disciplines; asana, meditation, pranayama – to name just a few of the options you can have included in your program.
These programs meet your individual needs. Sadhana is also a senior Yoga Therapist with the International Association of Yoga Therapists trained to assist specific therapeutic needs.
Your session can focus on any of the following:
Designing a personal practice of yoga asana (postures)
Therapeutic-Alleviation from structural misalignment, injury, illness or stress related
Deepening work with Pranayama (breath control – with an established asana practice)
Cultivating or refining mediation practice
Receiving guidance on developing a rounded and inclusive set of yoga practices including lifestyle, stage of life, ayurvedic constitution, state of health, personal goal
Teaching techniques (post graduate)
